Kid’s Camp for Girls

It is that time of the year again!  We have a fun filled week this year with projects such as, embroidered pleated skirt, Village purse, and a yo-yo pincushion.  Cost $75.00  includes kits & patterns

Mon., June 14 - 17  from 10 AM - 2 PM

Kid’s Camp for Boys

Our first kid’s camp for boys is scheduled for July 19 - 21 from 10 AM - 2:00 PM. The project is a carrying case for PSP or Nintendo players.  Cost $50.00

Affairs of the Heart

This class is can be taken one of three ways:

1. Computer– where you actually digitize  the designs & embroider out.  Cost $15.00 per class. Mon., April 12, 19, & 26 at 10 AM

 2.  Embroidery–  you use the embroidery module to stitch out designs. Cost $15.00 per class 

3.  Appliqué- you use the sewing machine only & learn to appliqué the pieces in the blocks. Cost $15.00

Patsy Thompson - Free Motion Quilter

Sometime in the month of June, Patsy will be teaching a class called “ Yes, There is a Life After Stippling”.  If you are feeling like you have mastered stippling & would like to take your free motion quilting to a new level, then this intermediate to advanced free motion machine quilting class is for you!.  In this hands-on 5 hour class, you will learn several new quilting designs to expand your repertoire.  Using the “Fast and Free” technique, you will learn how to create infinite “spin-off” designs from one basic quilting pattern!  Learn how to make your quilts really sing by adding a new design element with your quilting!  Cost $55.00   Class size is very limited by teacher’s request.  You may register now for the class & when we find out the date, time & location (around mid May), we will call you & deposits will be taken at that time.

Stitched Out Purse

Taught by Heidi McLane

Create this purse made of circles by using the circular embroidery attachment or the new Creative Grid circle templates. We will also be creating a stitch out book of the decorative stitches in our sewing machine.
